We pass your deletion request to the organisation that hosted your visit and delete the data we hold for them.
Where Retention Is Required
If that organisation is legally required to retain the record for safety, security or statutory compliance, we will tell you.
If You Are an Account Holder
Organisation administrators can delete individual visitor records directly from the Pass Point dashboard, without contacting us.
Closing an account: To delete an entire organisation account and all associated data, email contact@getpasspoint.com from the registered administrator address.
