Shipping & Delivery Policy

Pass Point is a cloud-based (SaaS) visitor management software operated by TECHAOT TECHNOLOGIES. Everything we sell is a digital service delivered online. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply.

• Free trial: your account is ready immediately after you sign up and verify your email address.
• Paid plans: the plan is activated instantly after a successful payment. You receive a payment confirmation at your registered email address, and the invoice is available under Settings → Payments.
• You access the service in a web browser at the Pass Point web app. Nothing needs to be installed or shipped.
• If your plan is not active within 2 hours of a successful payment, email contact@getpasspoint.com with your payment ID and we will activate it within one working day.

The Pass Point Android app is a free download from Google Play. You sign in with your existing Pass Point account. No separate purchase is needed.

Our subscriptions do not include any physical products. Pass Point works on phones, tablets and computers you already own. If you choose to use devices such as tablets or badge printers, you buy them from your own supplier, and their delivery is handled by that supplier.
